If you have the New York Pass, you can join one or all of our New York tours below for free!
Tours included with your New York Pass are completely free, but you must bring a valid pass and show it to your tour guide at check-in.
Here are the steps to take full advantage of your pass:
- Select one of the tours below, and choose the date of your visit.
- Reserve your free tour by entering your credit card. Your card will not be charged unless you don’t show your valid New York Pass(es) at the start of the tour.
- Repeat Step #1 above to select additional tours.
Pass rescheduling and refunds
You can always reschedule as long as your pass is valid for the day of the tour. If your pass is no longer valid on your rescheduled tour date, you’ll be charged for the full amount of the tour. After you’ve rescheduled once, there are no refunds if you decide not to take the tour.

How much walking is there?
At some stops, we’ll be getting off the bus to walk around the neighborhood for an immersive experience. These stops usually last up to 20 minutes.
Do I need a seat for my toddler?
There are no reserved seats for children 2 and under (and no charge for their ticket). If you’d like a seat for your toddler, please purchase one at the child rate. Children 3 and older require their own seat.
Where does this tour end?
This tour ends in Little Italy at the corner of Lafayette and Canal streets.
What is the refund and rescheduling policy?
We get it — plans change. We offer the option for a refund or rescheduling up to 24 hours prior to the tour start time.
When should I get there?
Plan to show up 15 minutes early. The tour starts promptly, and you won’t be able to catch up once it begins. Please keep in mind there are no refunds or rescheduling if you miss the tour.

Where does this tour end?
The tour ends at Columbus Park on Mulberry Street near Mosco Street.
Is there food or shopping during the tour?
There may be short stops during the tour to purchase different types of ethnic foods. While there’s no opportunity to sit down and eat a meal or do more than window-shop, your guide can direct you to areas of interest for dining and shopping when the tour has ended.

There’s 2-3 miles of walking at a moderate pace. If you’re traveling with a stroller or wheelchair, the High Line also has elevator access instead of stairs, but we can’t guarantee the elevator will be working. If mobility is an issue, please arrange for a private tour.
Where does this tour end?
The tour ends at 14th Street and 9th Avenue, just a block from where we started.

No, this is primarily an outdoor tour that gives you a firsthand insider’s perspective of the industry. You may go inside buildings such as the Edison Hotel or New York Marriott Marquis.

We cover about 1 mile at a leisurely pace, and the walking route is fairly level. This tour is accessible for strollers and wheelchairs.
