Does the shuttle cost?
No, if you’ve booked any of our Paris tours, there is no cost for riding the shuttle. No additional booking is necessary, but please have your ExperienceFirst tour booking confirmation ready to show the driver when you board.
When does the shuttle run?
Our Paris shuttle runs daily year-round. For specific arrival and departure times, see the schedule above.
How can I find the shuttle?
Look for our orange EXP1 sign in the driver’s and passenger’s window. The Paris shuttle will be identifiable with ExperienceFirst signs on it. The shuttle may not be parked directly outside of the hotel due to parking availability. Please be sure to look around the area for the parked van.
Does booking the shuttle guarantee I’ll arrive on time for my tour?
Due to traffic, exact shuttle arrival time can vary. Please note that riding the shuttle doesn’t guarantee you’ll be on time for your tour, and late arrivals still risk being charged as no-shows. If you’re on your way to a tour and concerned you might be late, reach out to us via chat. While we can’t hold the tour, we’ll assist as much as possible.
Can the shuttle accommodate wheelchairs, strollers, or car seats?
The Paris shuttle isn’t currently accessible for wheelchairs or strollers and can’t accommodate car seats.
Does the shuttle have heating or air conditioning?
Yes, the shuttle has AC and heating.
Are reservations required?
There are no reservations for the shuttle. Just show up and hop on. Please keep in mind that space is limited and subject to availability.
