COVID-19 precautions by city

All tour operations adhere to local health and safety regulations.

New York

Proof of vaccination is no longer required as part of New York State’s “Key to New York” entrance guidelines for sites involving indoor admission. Venues may still require masks for entry, and admission may be denied at the discretion of the venue or the tour operator.

Local and venue mandates are subject to change without notice.

Worry-free booking

We offer a 100% refund up to 24 hours prior to your tour start time for all our public guided tours. One exception is our Alcatraz upgrade due to the nature of that attraction.

Health and safety

We take our responsibility to supporting the safety and well-being of our guides and guests seriously.

To keep you and our guides safe, we are using the safety protocols set up by the World Tourism Travel Council. In addition, we abide by any local laws.

Here’s what that means for you as a traveler.

Guests pledge to:

  • Wash and sanitize hands frequently
  • Bring and wear masks or face coverings for the duration of the tour
  • Respect any local quarantine requirements if you are traveling from a hotspot
  • Stay home when not feeling well
  • Maintain 6 feet or more of distance from others when possible

Our guides will:

  • Wash and sanitize hands frequently
  • Wear masks or face coverings for the duration of the tour
  • Do a wellness check before each tour and stay home when they are not feeling well
  • Help groups maintain social distance
  • Complete company training on COVID-19, airborne diseases, and infection control

We also recommend keeping an eye on the World Health Organization’s advice for the public for any current updates.

If you have any questions or concerns before your tour, please contact us.
