If you have the New York Pass, you can join one or all of our New York tours below for free!

Tours included with your New York Pass are free, but you must bring a valid pass and show it at check-in. Here are the steps to take full advantage of your pass:

  2. Reserve your free tour by entering your credit card. Your card will not be charged unless you miss the tour or don’t show your valid pass(es) at the start of the tour.
  3. Reserve additional free tours when you check out by choosing available options under More Tours.

Pass rescheduling and refunds

You can always reschedule as long as your pass is valid for the day of the tour. If your pass is no longer valid on your rescheduled tour date, you’ll be charged for the full amount of the tour. After you’ve rescheduled once, there are no refunds if you decide not to take the tour.

How much walking is there?
At some stops, we’ll be getting off the bus to walk around the neighborhood for an immersive experience. These stops usually last up to 20 minutes.

Do I need a seat for my toddler?
There are no reserved seats for children 2 and under (and no charge for their ticket). If you’d like a seat for your toddler, please purchase one at the child rate. Children 3 and older require their own seat.

Where does this tour end?
This tour ends in Little Italy at the corner of Lafayette and Canal streets.

When should I get there?

There’s 2-3 miles of walking at a moderate pace. If mobility is an issue, please arrange for a private tour.

Where does this tour end?

The tour ends at Columbus Park on Mulberry Street near Mosco Street.

Is there food or shopping during the tour?

There may be short stops during the tour to purchase different types of ethnic foods. While there’s no opportunity to sit down and eat a meal or do more than window-shop, your guide can direct you to areas of interest for dining and shopping when the tour has ended.

The tour ends at 14th Street and 9th Avenue, just a block from where we started.
