How much walking is there?
This tour covers 1 mile at a leisurely pace.
Is alcohol included?
Yes, your tour includes the choice of a soft drink or one alcoholic beverage, such as vin chaud. We follow French law and only serve alcohol to guests 18 or older. Please bring your government photo ID (like a passport or driver’s license) if you plan to drink so your guide can verify your age.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
All food is prepared by independent market vendors so we can’t guarantee they’ll be 100% free of allergens like gluten, nuts, and dairy. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend you opt out of the food part of the tour. Be sure to let your guide know of any dietary restrictions so they can assist you in reviewing ingredients.
Is this tour wheelchair accessible?
Yes, this tour is accessible for both wheelchairs and strollers. However, please be aware that the garden market can sometimes be muddy.
How does the Seine cruise upgrade work?
Your guide will give you instructions on where to find the boat. Your ticket is good for a one-hour cruise on the Seine up to a year from the date of your tour. Make sure to arrive on time for your tour to receive your ticket — if you miss your tour, you won’t be able to pick up your cruise ticket. Reservations aren’t required for the cruise. Just show up 20 minutes early with your ticket. The boat ride is roundtrip, starting and ending at this meeting point near the Eiffel Tower.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. We offer a 100% refund or the option to reschedule up to 24 hours before your tour start time. Cancellations within 24 hours aren’t eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
When should I get there?
Plan to show up 15 minutes early. The tour starts promptly, and you may not be able to catch up if you arrive late.
What if it rains?
Our tours run rain or shine. If there’s extreme weather and we have to cancel, you’ll get a full refund.
Are gratuities included?
Tips aren’t included but are always appreciated by our guides. If you think your guide did an outstanding job, a tip is a great way to show that.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes! If you want to give the gift of Paris (or any of our destinations) to someone else, you can purchase a tour gift card. Our gift cards are good for any of our tours, and they never expire.
