Dallas is the 5th largest metropolis in the United States and is still growing! With world class restaurants, museums and night life it's no wonder we call it "The Big D"!
On this 4 hour walking tour, you will see all the highlights in the downtown Dallas area and hear the amazing stories of how Dallas grew from a trading post on the Trinity River in 1841 to become the vibrant, world class city it is today! Find out how the city got it's name and learn it's rich history as you visit the Dallas Arts District, Dealey Plaza, the Reunion Tower and more!
It is important to arrive at the tour starting location at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start time, as we do start the tour promptly. It would be unfair for the others if we need to wait for those that are late. We cannot guarantee you’ll be able to find your tour group if you are late.

We only cancel the tour during extreme weather conditions. Otherwise the tour goes on. Please check the weather
report and be prepared.

See Dallas up close and personal with this unique Walking Tour! We start the day off in Dealey Plaza and explore the dark events which culminated in the assassination of President John F Kennedy. The day brightens as we are whisked away to the Dallas Arts District. We will travel between neighborhoods on the Dallas Light Rail system as well at the historic Mckinney Avenue Trolley! We will see Dallas at it's finest as we visit Klyde Warren Park and see the Dallas Museum of Art, the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank, Windspear Opera House and the Perot Museum. As we leisurely walk through the park we'll have the chance to discuss the Dallas Skyline and it's unique architecture.
Other attractions include Thanksgiving Square, the Joule Hotel, the Majestic Theater and the "Eye", a giant 3 story Eyeball sculpture right in the heart of the city. You'll also have the option of seeing all this from above at the Reunion Tower, Dallas' one and only world class observation deck!
