We’ll kick things off at Chelsea Market, once a factory and now one of New York’s most famous food halls. After exploring the market, we’ll head up to the High Line. This elevated park, built on old railway tracks, stretches for more than a mile along Manhattan’s West Side. Along the way, you’ll see public art, cool pants, and sweeping city views that wind between above buildings — perfect for photos.

From there, we’ll make our way south into the Meatpacking District. Your private tour guide will share how this once-industrial hub was transformed, first by artists and later by the city’s elite. You’ll also spot some pretty famous architecture, including the ever-popular Empire State Building.

As we walk, listen to stories of how these beloved neighborhoods were reshaped by real estate booms, historic architecture that narrowly escaped demolition, and the constant reinvention that defines New York. This is your chance to see a city in motion and experience New York’s ever-changing character up close.

Guide and learning new things!
The process was easy, the guide was unbelievable and without being too nerdy I learned a lot from him, despite having been to NYC and the Highline many times. Great.

Jenny our guide had so much knowledge about the highline and the surrounding buildings/areas! Got a little bit of time to go shopping and score some beautiful jewelry from Chelsea Markets. Such a great tour and even better guide, highly recommend!
