Tours included with your Paris All-Inclusive Pass by Go City are completely free, but you must bring a valid pass and show it to your tour guide at check-in.
Here are the steps to take full advantage of your pass:
1. Select one of the tours below, and choose the date of your visit.
2. Reserve your free tour by entering your credit card. Your card will not be charged unless you don’t show your valid pass(es) at the start of the tour.
3. Reserve additional tours under the pass by selecting “Add another tour.”
Pass rescheduling and refunds
You can always reschedule as long as your pass is valid for the day of the tour. If your pass is no longer valid on your rescheduled tour date, you’ll be charged for the full amount of the tour. After you’ve rescheduled once, there are no refunds if you decide not to take the tour.

When should I get there?

How much climbing is there?
It’s about 700 steps to reach the second level. We climb at a comfortable, moderate pace, and there’s a break halfway through on the first floor. If mobility is a concern, we recommend our Eiffel Tower Elevator Tour (not included with this pass).
Will we have to wait in line?
This tour doesn’t include skipping the line. Your guide will purchase tickets for you after you arrive. Please be aware that the wait time to purchase tickets can be up to two hours. However, rest assured that your guide will keep you entertained and provide insightful information about the Eiffel Tower while you wait in line together.
Are lockers available before we go up?
No. We recommend leaving luggage at your hotel since Eiffel Tower staff reserves the right to refuse entry to those with extra bags. Foldable strollers also aren’t allowed on the climb.
