What’s your favorite spot in Los Angeles?

Griffith Park! There is so much to do, from Griffith Observatory to the zoo, and it’s all within city limits! But it is also surrounded by awesome neighborhoods like Los Feliz, Echo Park, Hollywood and Silver Lake. So I can certainly always find something to do.

What makes you a real Angeleno?
Besides being born and raised here, the fact that I know shortcuts and times to avoid traffic, certainly makes me a pro Angeleno. But of course I know and have an appreciation for each neighborhood in the city, and their uniqueness. -
What are the 5 best cafés in the city?
Urth Caffé and the Pie Hole in the Arts District., Tierra Mia in Echo Park, Homegirl Café in Downtown L.A., Alcove in Los Feliz. (They all have awesome pastries, by the way!)

What’s your favorite part of blogging/photographing for LA Tour1?
Sharing my life and views of the city. Los Angeles is very diverse and there is a mix of old and new, cultures, and lifestyles. It is a city of dreams. What better way to share than to photograph and talk about it? Plus, there is more to this city than what Hollywood interprets. It is a wonderful place that I hope many will appreciate.

What’s your fave stop on our tours?
Downtown L.A.! So many old buildings and it continues to grow and modernize. Downtown has so many restaurants, shops, museums! There is a lot of history, too. Some may think it is all about Hollywood, but Downtown L.A. is pretty great.
